Majority of the people in the Philippines are affected by the passing away of President Cory Aquino. About the latter's personal information, it is not necessary that I should pour in details that a reader can easily find somewhere else. For me, I better focus on the aspect of a character almost everyone admire in her. President Cory is a respectable lady, religious and has a love for people in general. However, one character stands out from the many good traits she already got. It is her humbleness. For the individuals who followed her life in the printed page, and also to friends and aquaintances who knew her in person. All will say in chorus that Cory is a humble person. It is my wish and prayer that coming presidents should develop the spirit of humility, with that, they will surely be remembered even after their lives on earth are exhausted. For President Cory, thank you for sharing your life in the pages of Philippine history.
